- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are golden and tender.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes
You can use any type of mushrooms—button, cremini, or even shiitake. The key is to cook them until golden to bring out the full flavor.
