Method
- Heat sesame oil and olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in soy sauce, water, and salt and pepper.
- Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is coated in sauce and tender.
- Serve warm over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
- You can add any other veggies you have on hand, like bell peppers or carrots.
