fresh mushrooms

Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and mushrooms, sautéing until the mushrooms soften, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the cauliflower rice is tender but not mushy.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute the cauliflower rice with frozen riced cauliflower for convenience, but fresh gives the best texture.
If you're looking for a more indulgent dish, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese at the end for extra flavor.
