- Prepare Chicken: Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Preheat grill or grill pan.
- Grill Chicken: Grill chicken over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Rest for 5 minutes.
- Make Mushroom Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet. Sauté mushrooms and garlic until softened. Stir in thyme, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Simmer until thickened.
