Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp thyme fresh or dried
  • ½ cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Prepare Chicken: Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Preheat grill or grill pan.
  2. Grill Chicken: Grill chicken over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Make Mushroom Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet. Sauté mushrooms and garlic until softened. Stir in thyme, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Assemble and Serve: Place grilled chicken on a plate and generously pour mushroom sauce over the top. Serve warm.

  • Substitute chicken with tofu or turkey for dietary preferences.
