Ingredients

button mushrooms
cleaned and trimmed

tbsp
unsalted butter
melted
4
cloves
garlic
minced

tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
fresh thyme
chopped (or ½ tsp dried thyme)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley
chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Add mushrooms and toss to coat thoroughly in the garlic butter mixture.
Arrange mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
These mushrooms can also be grilled or air-fried for a different texture. Serve with a side of garlic bread for a satisfying meal.
