- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sear the chicken for 2 minutes per side, then transfer to a baking dish.
- In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms until softened.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken, add mushrooms, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
