Portabella Mushroom & Black Bean Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 large Portabella mushrooms finely chopped
- 1 can black beans drained and mashed
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup breadcrumbs or oat flour for a gluten-free option
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Burger buns and desired toppings lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onions and garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
