Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb mushrooms button, cremini, shiitake, or a mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
