Ingredients
  

  • 250 g button or cremini mushrooms cleaned and stems trimmed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • Optional: parsley finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Mushrooms: Pat the mushrooms dry with a paper towel and set aside.
