Ingredients
  

  • 250 g 8 oz button or cremini mushrooms
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Optional: Chopped parsley and lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Mushrooms: Wash the mushrooms and pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove stems if desired.
