Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden, then set aside.
